CD69 is expressed on activated leukocytes, including T, B and NK lymphocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils. It is constitutively expressed on platelets, a subset of medullary thymocytes, mantle B cells, CD4+ T cells in the germinal center of normal lymph nodes and on Langerhans cells.
