CD66b is a member of the Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family, which is a group of closely related glycoproteins expressed on granulocytes. CD66b is linked to the plasma membrane through a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor. CD66b expression is increased upon granulocyte activation.
