Many protocols to differentiate Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) and Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs) require the formation of embryoid bodies (EBs) followed by subculture in conditions that will induce specific lineages. AggreWell™ plates allow users to control the size and shape of the EBs allowing for reproducibility, optimization of differentiation protocols to specific lineages, standardization of the production of embryoid bodies, and reduction of variability associated with iPSC and ESC differentiation.
