The new Treg cell isolation kits allow for the fastest and easiest isolation of highly purified, functional FOXP3+ Tregs directly from human whole blood or buffy coat. "What is typically a long cumbersome procedure is now a short and easy-to-follow procedure that will save you hours compared to other cell isolation methods” says Dr. Vicki Stronge, Product Manager at STEMCELL Technologies. “This leaves you more time for downstream experiments as purified Tregs can be used immediately for in vitro suppression assays, or, can be expanded in vitro while maintaining their functionality”
